This two bedroom, one bath condo features a living area with cable TV and VCR. There are two TVs in the unit; one in the living area, the other is in the master bedroom. There is also an alarm clock in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dining area for four. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. This unit also has individually controlled air conditioning, a coin operated laundry in the building and an elevator for easy access.

Surrounding Area :

This complex, located on Marco River, has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts and a 4 1/2 mile crescent shaped beach.  Boat docks can be rented daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a small bar that serves a light lunch, dinner and drinks.  You can walk to the marina, bike and moped rentals plus shopping and dining.  Nearby beaches are Residents Main, Residents South, South Marco and Tigertail.  Be sure to take advantage of over forty golf courses from Marco Island to Naples.
