We have spacious 6 bedroom/2 bath apartments where you rent your own private furnished bedroom and share the common areas with the other roommates. Our apartments are NOT only for students, although many of our tenants are. Pricing depends on the length of lease you sign. We typically rent by semester but have other options if you're interested in those as well. Our lowest price is our 1 year lease which is only $350 a month, all utilities included! Pricing & Lease Options: Deposit - $400 ($150 is refundable at move-out) Approved short term lease - $475 per month Six month lease - $410 per month One year lease - $350 a month Two semester lease - $400 per month or a discounted upfront payment of $1700 per semester One semester lease - $475 per month or a discounted upfront payment of $1900 per semester Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, and internet.
