The first floor of the building will house a new Senior Citizen Center operated by Clare County. A private community space on the first floor, separate from the Senior Center, is available for Clarecastle residents to hold regular activities such as coffee hours, cards and crafts. Clarecastle is a pet friendly apartment community and allows one pet per apartment. Either a dog or cat that weighs twenty pounds or less is permitted. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 payable at the time of your lease signing and an additional $20 monthly charge.. All apartments have two bedrooms and one full bath. Each apartment has central air conditioning, cable television hookups, a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and oven.
